These Terms govern your use of eSeva Smart CRM — the CRM platform for CSC and multi-service centers. By taking a trial, registering a center, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

By using eSeva Smart CRM, you agree to these terms. If you are using this service on behalf of a company or center, you confirm you are authorized to accept them.
Use of Service
- Provide accurate registration and center information
- Do not share login credentials with unauthorized people
- No illegal, abusive or fraudulent usage is allowed
- You are responsible for data you enter about your customers
Billing
All paid plans are prepaid. Charges follow the plan you select on the Pricing page. Refunds are only as stated in our Refund Policy.
Data Ownership
You own your center and customer data. We do not sell or misuse it. We process it only to provide the CRM service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Termination
Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or closed. You may stop using the service anytime. Paid plan rules and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
