Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work for eSeva Smart CRM. Please try the free trial before purchasing a paid plan.
Free Trial
We provide a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start. Use this period to confirm the CRM fits your CSC center.
No Refund After Purchase
All subscriptions are non-refundable after a successful purchase, unless an exception below applies. Plans are prepaid for the period you choose.
Exceptions
- Duplicate payment for the same plan
- Technical payment errors where money was charged but the plan was not activated
In plain language: try free first. After you pay for a plan, refunds are only for clear payment mistakes.
